This page is meant to offer a little evidence of the breadth and depth of my content writing experience. It also shows some of my design sense and abilities in Figma and Canva, but there's much more of that in my UX portfolio. I don't keep an exhaustive list of every strategic writing nugget I've produced because I've been flinging words for persuasion since I was two years old, but if you inquire, I'd be happy to regale you with writer stories and shower you with endless links that provide a deeper dive.

WEBSITE COPYHere's a small selection of the content I wrote for TicketSocket, shown in the original Figma wireframes. Their objective was a completely streamlined site refresh emphasizing the differing features of their two main product packages.

ADVERTISEMENTSThis ad was for a new course offering at Kennesaw State University. I also designed the course end-to-end and taught it. The inaugural class was full, with a long waitlist. Subsequent iterations have also achieved 100% enrollment and positive student evals. The ad ran on the Interdisciplinary Studies Department website as well as KSU News televisions in places like the Student Union and the Women's Studies Center. I wrote the copy and did the design work in Canva.

BRANDING & SLOGANS
The Halo Media site overhaul was a group effort to which I contributed the main slogan for the landing page and several taglines about features. The main objective was to highlight the value propositions that would be relevant to the company's very disparate set of client verticals, articulating the unifying principles and ways of working behind the brand that would appeal to diverse B2B prospects.

LEADERSHIP
I've designed trainings and facilitated others' content writing abilities very many times. My favorite instance is a workshop on "How to Write About Objects," which I've facilitated all over the US and online. Here's a slideshow excerpted from that one. I've also really enjoyed building and teaching "How to Write About Place." Most of my curricula are agnostic to genre and can be educational for professional copywriters, journalists, or authors of any kind.
